Amendment 5 is issued to re-open this solicitation.  This amendment extends the proposal due date to no later than 1600 CST 29 October 2013.  Two copies of each proposal are required.  Late proposals will not be considered.

The Question and Answer period has expired and questions received will not be answered at this time.

All dates contained in the solicitation remain as-is until further notice.  Changes to dates, if needed, will be posted on this website.

Proposal review is expected on or about the week of 4 November 2013.  Additional notifications will be provided as soon as possible afterward.
