The Land Between The Lakes NRA (LBL) intends to issue a solicitation for a centralized reservation, sales, data collection and revenue management system.
(1) This requirement is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
(2) It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 3 September 2013. 
(3) The solicitation will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The resulting contract(s) will be firm fixed price, Subject to Availability of Funds (SAF).
(4) Prior to award, the Offeror must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, with completed Representations and Certifications.
(5) The period of performance is one year plus four option years. The base year shall begin on or about October 15, 2013.
(6) The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS codes for this requirement is 541511, small business size standard $25.5 Million.
(7) All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
(8) The total estimated cost, base and all option years is between $500,000-$750,000.
(9) Questions will be accepted for a specified time frame once the solicitation has been posted.
(10) Any amendment(s) issued to the RFP will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offeror's responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.
