THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract using other than full and open competition for recovering or resurfacing of Currency Manufacturing rollers in the Fort Worth, TX facilities. The intended contractor is Bottcher America Corporation. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice, if any, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 326299 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties who believe they possess the technical capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit documentation that clearly demonstrates their technical capabilities. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 10:00am EST on Friday November 13, 2015. All responses shall be submitted in writing, and via email, to the point of contact specified in this notice. Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
