a. Lodging at a minimum 4 star hotel for 80 adults and 120 children.

b. Six meals, both via voucher or buffet, for 80 adults and 120 children over a 3 day period in multiple locations as needed.

c. Conference space for 80 adults including AV support, seating and tables.

d. Training materials/books for 80 adults on the topic led by the instructor.

e. Childcare staff for 120 children . Standard of care established by Military Child and Youth Services.

f. Room for childcare near the required conference space, to support 120 children and required child care staff.

g. Refreshments, to include coffee, for 80 adults. Snacks, to include drinks, for 120 children .

h. Onsite parking that is either free or included in the overall cost of rooms.
