The General Services Administration (GSA) Southeast Sunbelt Region 4 announces the opportunity for a Request for Proposal to provide design and construction services for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Miami, Florida. Work shall include but is not limited to: Provide Design/Build Services to replace the existing air handling unit serving the first floor Magistrate Courtroom, supply, return and outside air ductwork in order to install new AHU and all accessories, install new outdoor pretreatment coil, dampers, etc. as indicated in Section 5, Owner’s Project Requirements. Contractor shall be responsible for all required equipment to provide a complete turnkey project.
This procurement will be set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is, 236220 -- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Small Business Administration size standard of $ 36.5 Million. The Period of Performance for this project is 90 calendar days. This project is to be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The procurement method will be a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP). Award will be made to a firm offering the best value to the Government utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures.
The Request for Proposal offer due date is July 10, 2020 at4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. A Pre/Bid Site -Visit due date is schedule for Monday, June 1, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., 99 NE 4TH ST, Miami, Florida, 33132-2131. Contractors should arrive early to allow reasonable amount of time to get through security in the building. (Please meet in the lobby).

No telephone requests for docs will be accepted. This solicitation is not a sealed bid and there will not be a formal public bid opening.
