This requirement is for a retroreflector to be used with our open path Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) machine.  The retroreflector must meet the following specifications. 
SPECIFICATIONS
InfraRed beam type
Must have a 30 hollow corner cube reflector array.
The array units should have a protected gold goating with reflectivity equal or greater to 98% over the spectral range of 2 to 14 microns
The return beam accuracy shall exceed 30 arc seconds.
Individual cubes must be made of cast aluminum ro assure ruggedness and light weight.  Glass construction is not acceptable.
Individual cubes should be mounted to a removeable backplate.
Individual cubes must be removable and serviceable.
The backplate should be mounted withn a protective enclosure, preferably aluminum for light weight.
The protective enclosure should mount to the tripod simply, preferable with a dovetail type interface.
The tripod must be included, and it and the mount for the tripod must support 35 pounds or more. 
The tripod must have adjustable leg lengths for adjustability during field use.
