The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a Sole Source award to C&D Precision Services, LLC. The Government intends to issue a sole source award in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agency requirements for the above stated service.

The scope of the work is to provide water treatment and preventive maintenance services for CFSAN’s water filtration system.  The preventive maintenance service agreement shall include but are not limited to:

a. Conduct Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual and annual services.

b. Sem Visual inspection of water filtration system equipment each visit.

c. Recommend any materials and parts that need to be replaced that can cause failure. 

d Provide work order system for emergency and non-emergency calls.

This will be a firm fixed price award for a Base Period and 4 one-year Option Periods. 

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement to Iris Johnson, [email protected] in writing and must be within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice which may be considered by the agency.   A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
