Pursuant to your advertisement for Bid #6146 SOULE PARK TREE REMOVAL, per specifications therein, the undersigned proposes to furnish all materials, equipment, machinery, tools, apparatus, incidentals, labor and supervision necessary in the manner prescribed for the specification as follows: Removal and stump grind (32) trees Stump grind (61) locations of trees already removed Remove any additional tree debris that remains onsite from work done by CAL Fire Perform chipping on any material that can be chipped and then stack remaining rounds in designated locations for Community Wood Distribution County Parks to provide Green waste for removal of chipped materials Bird survey will be completed by separate company and trees cleared prior to work A non-mandatory pre-bid walk-through of the job site will be conducted by Jeri Cooper, Staff Services Manager, and Andrew Becker, Interim Principal Buyer, GSA Procurement, on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. Meet at entrance of Soule Park, 801 Boardman Road Ojai, CA 93023.
