Contractor shall provide written translation of English election materials (including but not limited to: Official Ballot text, County Voter Information Guide text, and other election and non-election related materials) into Spanish and Chinese. Additionally, Contractor shall translate facsimile balloting materials from English into Japanese, Hindi, Punjabi, Korean, Tagalog, and Vietnamese languages. The Registrar of Voters (ROV) may add additional languages during the term of this contract as required by Federal and State law.
