The City of Oxnard Wastewater Treatment Plant (OWTP) located at 6001 Perkins Road in Oxnard utilizes an Activated Sludge Aeration Treatment process to break down organic materials within the waste stream. Five (5) Turblex High Speed Blowers, Model #KA5-V-GA200, are utilized to maintain dissolved oxygen levels in the Activated Sludge treatment process. The blower system was installed in the 1990’s as part of the OWTP North Area Expansion Project. The City desires to enter into an agreement for the inspection, maintenance and minor repair services of five (5) Turblex blowers at OWTP.
