PROJECT DESCRIPTION: City of Saint Paul on behalf of Saint Paul Regional Water Services is looking for bids on 2022 Cleveland Ave Lead Replacement Project. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to construct lead water service line replacements in private property. The Contractor shall provide an adequate workforce including service replacement crews, restoration crews, plumbers and subcontractors to complete the Work.
