SPECIFICATIONS/STATEMENT OF WORK:
The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), Office of Strategy and Development (OSD) in Prague, Czech Republic, is seeking a FM or online Radio station in Tajikistan that has a reputation for producing respected, credible news programming and that has the ability to reach mass audiences from 20-35, 40 years, predominantly male with wide coverage in Tajikistan.

The Network shall broadcast RFERL Ozodi program from Monday to Friday for 10 minutes at 08:00 - 08:10 local time or for two times 5 minutes at 13:15-13:20 and 15:15-15:20 , with the airing not varying more than two minutes from the time agreed upon.

The response date has been extended till May 31, 2016.
