Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.106-1(b)- Soliciting From A Single Source and FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The Kentucky Air National Guard Security Forces Squadron, 1101 Grade lane Louisville, KY 40213 has a requirement to procure the following items:

Line Item 0001: ASN and VMS Relocation to RFF Building (BDOC) to include delivery and installation at the KY Air National Guard, QTY: 1 JB

Line Item 0001: IDS, ACS, and CCTV in the RFF Building to include delivery and sintallation at the KY Air National Guard, QTY 1 JB

The intent of the Sole Source Award to Advantor System is to relocate our current system to a newly constructed building, BLDG 101, The RFF. The Advantor system is already in place, BLDG 100, Headquarters. Using the same system is the only way for Security Forces to integrate with the existing alarm detection system currently in place. All existing systems on the Ky Air National Guard installation are Advator, served by Advator, and monitored.

Advantor Systems Corporation, 12612 Challenger Pkwy, Suite 300, Orlando, FL 32826 is the sole supplier for the FSI FD331 Fence Processors.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time, Tuesday, May 17th, 2021.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
