They are satisfied with their current system, but they would like to be introduced to other systems that have the capabilities listed in the spreadsheet, before moving forward. The responses will be used to help format the District's upcoming ITN, especially if new, significant features are revealed. Request for Information This is a Request for Information (RFI) and is not a commitment on the part of Charlotte County Public Schools (District) to enter into any contract. This RFI is intended to gain information from vendors, suppliers and/or contractors regarding the project described in this document. Vendors may be contacted to discuss their responses. Any information collected through this RFI process may or may not be used in the future to develop a solicitation for proposals or bids; or may be used to enter into contract with a particular respondent. Providing a response to the District does not in any way give an advantage to any vendor.
