1.1 Statement of Intent, The purpose of this RFI, which is not a solicitation to procure, is to gain familiarity with current marketed products and services for comprehensive health care revenue cycle post payment solutions. 1.2 About HCA, HCA operates two (2) hospitals, eighteen (18) federally qualified health centers, and several specialty clinics through Ventura County California. 1.3 Current Situation, HCA is currently using Cerner as its electronic health record software system. HCA is investigating how to most effectively and efficiently, using the data within Cerner, to address post payment concerns. 1.4 Instructions for Respondents, HCA invites responses from vendors supplying post payment solutions to maximize claims payment. Respondents should address all requests for information in this RFI in order to indicate how their recommended solution or development approach meets the needs and requirements from HCA.
