Milwaukee County, through its Economic Development Division (the “County”) is soliciting creative solutions from potential parties (the “Respondents”) interested in operating, using, and/or developing the Charles Allis Art Museum located at 1630 East Royall Place in the City of Milwaukee and/or the Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum located at 2220 N Terrace Ave in the City of Milwaukee. The County is seeking solutions that reduce and/or eliminate the need for County support of these institutions. The County will prioritize solutions that maintain the Buildings and Collections as public assets.
