Battelle, Pacific Northwest Division, Management & Operating Contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), is requesting information from prospective offers to provide a photoelectron spectroscopy system consisting of an ultrahigh vacuum chamber configured to do high-energy and high-angular resolution x-ray and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy and diffraction, along with low-energy electron diffraction.
