The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground is conducting market research on behalf of the CERDEC Space and Terrestrial Communications Directorate (S&TCD), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. S&TCD is searching for sources of radio communications systems to support manned-unmanned teaming (MUM-T). Manned-unmanned teaming is being loosely defined as controlling a robotic platform from a mounted or dismounted position, as well as the ability to collaborate between multiple air and ground platforms for this RFI.
