Contract Title: Table Skirting
Scope
The contractor will provide all materials for the stainless-steel skirting including additional parts and custom build the skirting to specs listed in the SOW for both units. The contractor will need to ensure heavy-duty stainless-steel material is used for the skirting that will resist damage from small bumps from food carts. All other materials used to complete the project outside of stainless steel must be rust and corrosion proof. They will fashion additional bracing for top and bottom of skirting pieces to provide structural integrity to resist bumps from heavy equipment pieces. The additional measurement of six (6) inches from dish washer floor to bottom of skirting must be integrated to the build for environment of care compliance. The contractor will attach and install the skirting to the clean side dish washer tables. The skirting sections must be fabricated to be able to be easily removed for access to the piping and steam booster for expected maintenance work. The contractor will perform the work in each location on separate working days to allow the kitchen operations to work as normal. The contractor will perform field measurements to each location prior to the installation and fabricate as much material needed for the project at their own establishment to help with completion time frames and to not further disrupt normal kitchen operations.
