-----------IMPORTANT VENDOR NOTICE-------------- New eProcurement Solution: BONFIRE Beginning March 3, 2025, the Town of Prescott Valley will transition to a new web-based eProcurement solution – Bonfire by Euna Solutions. With this new partnership with Bonfire, the Town of Prescott Valley will now only accept electronic submittals of bid packages. This means bidders will no longer need to print bid packets, complete bids by hand, or mail or drop off the bid submittal in person. Bonfire will be utilized for all new bids/RFPs posted on/after February 24, 2025. Any bids/RFPs currently open in PublicPurchase will follow the previously established procedure outlined in the bid posting. After the bids/RFPs currently open in Public Purchase have closed, the Town of Prescott Valley will phase out and discontinue the use of PublicPurchase for Town bid opportunities. To participate in future bids, please visit the Town’s Bonfire Procurement Portal and click the "Register" button at the top right corner to register your company.
