You are invited to offer a Proposal to the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County (ACCGov), Owner, to provide Architectural Design, Engineering, and Construction Administration services as described herein for the Costa Building Renovation Project. The project will provide renovation and capital improvements to extend the life and usefulness of the building facility located at 133 East Washington Street to include interior space and layout revisions, provision of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access, upgrades to mechanical and energy systems, and provision of a fire sprinkler system. This capital construction project is to be funded through the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax Program, SPLOST 2011, Project 32.
