The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing a commercial-off-the-shelf solution (COTS) configured to meet Wyoming requirements or a custom but highly configurable modular solution for configuration of a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) that will replace the Wyoming Child Assistance and Protective System (WYCAPS) for the State of Wyoming, Department of Family Services (Agency) through the public purchase online bidding system. The Agency defines a COTS solution as one that can reuse functionality common across multiple states or programs, but that will be configured to meet Wyoming specific requirements as needed.
