The City is soliciting proposals for payment gateway and processing for online, phone and mobile application payments. This is for electric, water, sewer, refuse and other utility charges. The City is seeking comprehensive proposals from the recipient of this RFP, that has demonstrated the capability to satisfy the specific requirements for the City’s online, phone, and mobile application payments. This RFP provides information on the City’s billing system, Cayenta, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation, and interactive voice response (IVR) system.
