Amarillo College invites the submission of proposals for the Recordkeeper and Third-Party Administrator (“TPA”) of its 403(b) Plan. Amarillo College offers a 403(b) Plan with current plan assets of $96,671.146 to employees. Within that 403(b) Plan, there are currently 908 total participants. Amarillo College also offers employees a 457(b) Plan with current assets of $3,007.609. Within the 457(b) Plan, there are currently 1,663 total participants. Amarillo College is seeking a Recordkeeper and TPA who has experience working with 403(b), good customer service, conveys consistent answers to participants and administrative/operational questions, and offers participants and plan administrative personnel a great website and user-friendly mobile app. Applicants should also have experience working with structural plan changes including effective date changes, plan amendments, andW plan mergers.
