The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing emergency logistical services to the Sheriff’s Office during emergency events. JPSO currently has two (2) locations (one on the Eastbank and one on the Westbank) that would require the establishment of a feeding site. Services would include providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner to approximately 700 Sheriff’s Office employees during the aftermath of a declared emergency event. The firm must also have the ability to provide for other logistical needs including but not limited to fuel, water, mobile facilities, and mobile power generation equipment. All responses must be received by 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 It is anticipated that the contract would go into effect no later than December 31, 2023 and will last for an initial term of 2 years, with two two-year renewal options available.
