The Purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from vendors with the resources, experience, and abilities to provide an array of cost-effective motorcycle training safety courses for the CHP Special Projects Section¿s (SPS), California Motorcycle Safety Program that reaches California¿s geographic and demographic diversity. Services shall include the ability to deliver the curriculum, influence attitudes, and create awareness and understanding of motorcycle safety. The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsible proposer earning the highest score. (Reference Item H. General Instructions of this RFP for more details on scores). This RFP is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements.
