The City of Milton is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services on various capital improvement projects on an as-needed basis. These CEI services include project management, on-site inspections, and quality control to ensure construction meets approved plans and safety standards. These services also cover schedule and budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and project close out support. Qualified consultants who are currently under contract with Public Works are not excluded from pursuing this RFP. All qualified proposals will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin.
