LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF FRAMINGHAM PURCHASING DEPARTMENT RFP #6772 CITY OF FRAMINGHAM REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY SEALTEST DRIVE, FRAMINGHAM, MASSACHUSETTS Pursuant to G.L. c. 30B, §16, the City of Framingham, acting through the FRAMINGHAM Mayor, (hereafter the “City”) hereby requests proposals for the purchase of real property at Sealtest Drive, Framingham, Massachusetts consisting of 26,0000 square feet of area acres, to be conveyed in fee together with an easement over a portion of Village Way (the land is hereinafter referred to as the "Premises") as shown on the plan included as Exhibit A attached to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The parcel to be conveyed in fee is a portion of the land described in the deed recorded with Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds at Book 7227, Page 476, a copy of which is included as Exhibit A-1 attached to this Request for Proposals. The appraised value of the Premises is $65,000.00. The City seeks proposals from qualified bidders to purchase the Premises for any permitted use authorized under the City of Framingham Zoning Bylaw (the "Permitted Uses").
