The purpose of Amendment 0011 is to update the solicitation Section L and M. The following changes are made to the
solicitation.

Note, in Section L, Offerors may increase the page limits for the volumes in their Final Proposal Revisions (FPRs) to 110
additional pages and may divide the 110 additional pages among the FPR volumes in any manner.
