The Housing Authority of Baltimore City (“HABC”) is requesting proposals from interested and qualified companies to provide call center support services for the Low-Income Public Housing (LIPH) and the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP), which HABC administers. The support must fulfill the call center needs of both LIPH and HCVP upon the opening of the waiting lists, and a short window after closing. PROPOSALS WILL BE DUE no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, April 21, 2023.
