The Social Enterprise Cafe is an approved 5-year MHSA Innovation pilot project, beginning in Fiscal Year 2021-2022. This request for proposals (RFP) includes the development of a social enterprise business model focused on providing holistic, culturally responsive behavioral health services to at-risk transitional age youth (16-24 years) from Northern San Mateo County that includes a physical location to serve as a culturally affirming space for Filipino/a/x youth and the community.
