The City of Napa has leased a facility at 3380 Solano Avenue to provide temporary, non-congregate shelter to clients experiencing homelessness. Clients have access to shelter, meals, and case management services on site with the goal of transitioning from temporary shelter to permanent housing. The City of Napa is seeking proposals from restaurants, caterers, food trucks, and other certified food vendors to prepare and deliver pre-packaged breakfasts, lunches or dinners on site.
