The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified sources to enter into a contract to provide publishing services in support of the Virtual Library of Virginia's (VIVA) Open Grant program, which supports the creation of open textbooks, open monograms, and other Open Educational Resources (OER) for use in Virginia Higher Education institutions, with potential extension to publishing services for VIVA member institutions based on local needs.
