The County of Nevada is soliciting proposals for: Driving Under the Influence Services. Nevada County is seeking a CONTRACTOR to offer Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program services. DUI programs aim to reduce the number of repeat DUI offenses by persons who complete a state-licensed DUI Program and provide participants an opportunity to address problems related to the use of alcohol and/or other drugs. The DUI program will need to be located within the Truckee portion of Nevada County in order to be able to serve residents at that end of the county through either in person or virtual services. This RFP will result in the award of one contract to be effective for an initial term of one year, with an option to renew the contract annually, at the County’s discretion. This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
