The County of Sonoma Department of Health Services Homelessness Services Division is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Interim Housing Support Services and Site Management. This RFP outlines the information necessary to understand the competitive selection process and the required documentation necessary for the submission of proposals. All interested proposers must meet the requirements specified in this RFP. The Department reserves the right to issue an award under this RFP to a single or multiple organization(s), at its sole discretion. If the Department determines that no proposer meets the requirements of this RFP, the Department, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject all proposals. The Department is an outcomes-based organization. All contracted services are required to support the Department’s mission to promote, protect, and ensure access to services to support the health, recovery, and well-being of all in Sonoma County. LIVING WAGE: The living wage rate required under the County’s Living Wage Ordinance (LWO) has increased. Effective January 1, 2023, the living wage rate required under the LWO shall be $17.25 per hour. The adjustment was adopted by the County’s Board of Supervisors on December 6, 2022, in accordance with Sonoma Municipal Code section 2-377(d). The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously on March 21, 2023 to raise the county’s Living Wage an additional 2.26 percent to $17.65 an hour, effective July 1, 2023.
