The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide supportive services and site administration to the County’s two main Housing sites (Eliza’s Village, and Mickey Zane Place). This RFP outlines the information necessary to understand the competitive selection process and the required documentation necessary for the submission of proposals. All interested proposers must meet the requirements specified in this RFP. QUESTIONS: Proposers will be required to submit any and all questions in writing per the schedule in order for staff to prepare written responses to all known recipients of the solicitation. Written answers will be shared with all potential bidders through an addendum on the County’s Supplier Portal and email notification. The living wage rate required under the County’s Living Wage Ordinance (LWO) has increased. Effective January 1, 2024, the living wage rate required under the LWO shall be $18.10 per hour. The adjustment was adopted by the County’s Board of Supervisors on December 12, 2023, in accordance with Sonoma Municipal Code section 2-377(d).
