The City of Oxnard invites proposals from qualified contractors to conduct pavement inspection of all city streets, alleyways and parking lots and assignment of a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and update the data base. The City has approximately 375 miles of streets and 65 miles of alleys. Historically, inspection of the streets has been on a three (3) year rotation with 1/3 of residential streets and alleys inspected each year and 100% of arterials inspected each year.
