The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Family, Youth and Children’s Services Supportive Services for Foster Youth. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the County of Sonoma Human Services Department (HSD), Family, Youth and Children’s Services (FY&C) Division which offers child protection and supportive services to residents of Sonoma County. The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals from qualified community-based organizations, as well as public or private for-profit or non-profit agencies to provide one or more services to current and/or former foster youth countywide. The three supportive services being requested are: 1. Independent Living Program (ILP) services to eligible foster and former foster youth. 2. LifeLong Connections (LLC) family finding and engagement for foster youth. 3. Short-Term Housing for Youth, specifically for former foster youth ages 18-21. Organizations with experience providing services for this population are invited to respond to this solicitation. Organizations may apply for one, two or all three of the above-listed services.
