All proposals will be opened and publicly read at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, in the Office of the Vice President of Business Services located in the Boggs-Scroggins Building on the main campus of Mississippi Delta Community College, Moorhead, MS. Proposals will be evaluated for compliance. Proposals that meet specifications will be invited to participate in a reverse auction from 10:30 – 11:00 A.M.
