The Government intends to negotiate with Boland-Trane to provide major inspection and renovation services to three (3) Centravac Liquid Chillers at this VA Medical Center in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. This procurement action requires factory-trained and certified personnel to perform the services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than March 21, 2002 at 3:30 pm, eastern standard time. No telephone inquires will be accepted.
