The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD) is soliciting to procure calibration services meeting the ISO/IEC 17025 requirements for the AASHTO Accredited EFLHD Materials Laboratory located in Sevierville, TN.  The provider must comply with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025-2005 and must be accredited through an accreditation (NACLA) or the Interamerican Accreditation Cooperation (IAAC).  The provider must be familiar with the requirements of AASHTO R 18 and must either have an AASHTO accredited laboratory or have provided calibration services to an AASHTO accredited laboratory.  Calibration work must conform to the most current published standard of AASHTO R 18 and is designated as calibration, standardization, or check (C/S/C) work.  The provider will furnish their own equipment/tools and materials, as well as the trained qualified technician(s) to perform the C/S/C work.  The C/S/C work will be performed in two scheduled on-site service calls.
