PURPOSE/BACKGROUND The Riverside County Purchasing and Fleet Services Department on behalf of the Department of Public Social Services (“DPSS”) Adult Services Division (ASD) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to seek qualified companies who can provide basvo iyQdaC V4jw0xZZlic and/or extensive home cleaning services which may include bio-hazardous cleaning. The purpose of this RFQ to assist with the safety and housing stability for approximately 40-50 ASD clients annually. The successful contractor will provide all necessary home cleaning services to maintain and extend the quality of life for Riverside County’s senior population, correct health and safety hazards in their homes, and to improve independence for ASD clients. The goal for DPSS-ASD is to promote safety, well-being and independence for elder (aged 60 years and older) and dependent adults (aged 18-59) through accurate and timely assessments and linkage to services. ASD staff partner with elder and dependent adults and their support system to identify service needs and create plans to meet those needs. Service Plans often involve the coordination of services from many different agencies in the community.
