The County of Riverside on behalf of the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) is soliciting quotations for the printing of envelopes, as detailed in Exhibit A of this RFQ. The purpose of this bid is to establish contract pricing with a reliable and experienced company to fulfill DPSS envelope printing needs. Orders will be placed on an as needed basis; this is not a one-time order. Bidders shall have the capability to print a variety of envelopes, including specialty and unique envelopes. Ink colors shall typically be black, reflex blue, or PMS Green. Text block shall conform to the USPS standards. Bidders shall submit pricing for both gummed and self-sealed envelopes. The County will provide camera-ready art in a digital pdf format to the successful bidder(s). The successful bidder shall be capable of delivering the printed envelopes within seven (7) to ten (10) calendar days after receipt of order and camera-ready art in digital pdf format provided by the department, with the exception of return address only envelopes. Bidders who cannot meet the delivery requirements should not respond to this bid. The minimum order size is approximately 500-1000 envelopes to a maximum of 40,000 envelopes. The department typically handles smHHZRmJSall, medium and large orders on behalf of DPSS Divisions which include Administration, Adult Services, Children’s Services, Self-Sufficiency and may include orders on behalf of Public Authority. All pricing shall be quoted F.O.B. destination excluding applicable sales tax which is a separate line item. The County reserves the right to designate method of freight. The County pays California Sales Tax and is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. In the event of an extension error, the unit price shall prevail
