The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of Riverside University Health System (RUHS) is soliciting quotations for Patient Identification, Patient Address Updates and Credit History Overview as detailed in this RFQ. In accordance with Assembly Bill (AB) 1020, hospitals are not allowed to send patient accounts to collection for letters notifications that are rejected as “return mail”. Patient address must be validated and updated. Also, charity applications require credit check and soft touch of the FICO score to determine eligibility. RUHS requires access to a creditable credit bureau database for validation of patient billing accounts. The ideal Bidder would be one with an existing interface with EPIC Systems.
