Dear Potential Respondent: The Town of Davie, Florida invites qualified firms to submit responses in accordance with the requirements stated herein no later than 02:00PM EST on Tuesday, November 09, 2021, for RFQ NO.RM-22-02 Davie Wetlands Park Design Services. Interested firms may secure the solicitation package and all other pertinent information by visiting http://www.davie-fl.gov/bids or at DemandStar.com. Pursuant to Town Code Section No. 2-320 and section 1.50 of the terms and conditions, a Cone of Silence is hereby imposed on this solicitation. The cone shall be in effect until such time of award by the Town Administrator or the Town Mayor and Council. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than 5:00 PM on October 15, 2021. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation will be made available as formal addenda to the Town’s Purchasing website and DemandStar.com. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to ensure they are aware of all addenda issued relative to this solicitation. Respondents shall submit all proposal documents electronically through www.demandstar.com. A full instructional guide on how to submit documents will be included with this solicitation.
