PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of Saint Paul on behalf of Saint Paul Regional Water Services is looking for bids on 2022 Citywide Directional Boring for Lead Water Service Line Replacement Project. Work under this Contract generally consists of thrust boring or directional drilling from excavation pits provided by SPRWS to install 1-inch, 1 ½ -inch, and 2-inch copper water services between the water main in the right-of-way and the water meter inside private structures.
