Riverside County Department of Public Social Services (“DPSS”) seeks on-call professional photographers that can produce captivating and genuine visual records that document a wide range of DPSS events and initiatives and produce photographic assets for use in countywide marketing campaigns. Photographers shall capture clear, dynamic photos during coverage of events including, but not limited to, adoption events, graduation events, conferences, seminars, and panel discussions. The County of Riverside Purchasing Division (“Purchasing”) on behalf of DPSS is seeking qualified bidders to provide On-Call Professional Photography services associated with future department public events. This RFQu is not project specific. DPSS intends to award multiple Bidders. Bidders that submit a proper Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) Package in accordance with this RFQu will be evaluated and considered for inclusion on the DPSS Professional Services On-Call List. All Bidders on current or previous On-Call Lists with the County must reapply through this RFQu to continue to be available for on-call services for the Department. Bidders that are selected for inclusion on the DPSS Photographer On-Call List as a result of this RFQu may be asked to execute a multiple year Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement” or “Contract”) with the Department. Inclusion on the DPSS Photographer On-Call List or execution of the Agreement does not guarantee the award of any work and is not project specific. However, it will allow the Department to quickly send quote requests to the DPSS Photographer On-Call List on an “on-Call” or “as needed” basis for the period of four (4) years. During the term of the Agreement, the Department may issue work to Awarded Bidders on the DPSS On-Call List through the development of a Task Order, which will establish the specific agreed upon scope, schedule, deliverables, and cost for the individual task/project.
