The Riverside County Purchasing and Fleet Services Department on behalf of the Department of Public Social Services (“DPSS”) Adult Services Division (ASD) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQu) to seek qualified companies who can provide basic and/or extensive home cleaning services which may include bio-hazardous cleaning. The goal for DPSS-ASD is to promote safety, well-being and independence for elder (aged 65 years and older) and dependent adults (aged 18-64) through accurate and timely assessments and linkage to services. ASD staff partner with elder and dependent adults and their support system to identify service needs and create plans to meet those needs. Service Plans often involve the coordination of services from many different agencies in the community. The purpose of this RFQu is to request a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from vendors that can provide the cleaning services described in this RFQu to assist with the safety and housing stability for approximately 40-50 ASD clients annually.
