NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE

The U.S Government Printing Office intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price contract to Anton Paar, 10215 Timber Ridge Drive, Ashland, VA 23005 USA, for one rheometer with air bearing capability. Anton Paar is responsible for providing equipment, warranty, and service contract of rheometer with air bearing capability. The rheometer shall allow for simple interchange and configuration of all of the following accessories: 1) temperature control devices, 2) Small-Angle Light Scattering (SALS) accessories, 3) microscopy accessories, and 4) UV curing accessories. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per MMAR 13.

This is not a request for competitive quotes, but serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with MMAR 5.101(a)(2). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.
