The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island is issuing a solicitation on behalf of the U.S. Joint Manufacturing Technology Center – Rock Island Arsenal (RIA), Rock Island, IL to become Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders for the production and delivery of different types of gages manufactured to RIA designs, American Gage Design, or industry standards (ASME B1.1, ASME B47.1) and other standards as needed, on a five (5) year BPA in accordance with the attached Scope of Work.
